I went to a beach volleyball clinic at the Lab (Arvada, CO) last Saturday with Coach Matt Heath and Coach Wes Hawkins doing sand fitness. After the one session, my hitting jump went up 2” just by adjusting my technique. It was fun, and I feel like I got better in a 3 hour session. There is no better place than VBVB for volleyball training! Matt’s high level career has given him tools that few coaches have. If you’re looking for the most advanced training in Florida you should come to VBVB. Matt knows how to groom athletes from beginner to advanced, young and old, male and female. He also offers camps with the best of the best in volleyball like Olympians Nick Lucena and Phil Dalhausser and UCLA’s head coach Stein Metzger. On top of that he’s easy to relate to and communicate with. You’re not getting the best if you’re not here!

Four years ago my daughter decided that she wanted to try to play beach volleyball for an NCAA D1 program after she finished high school. We were lucky enough to find Coach Matt Heath because finding a coach with the knowledge and experience specific to beach volleyball is really difficult on the Treasure Coast of Florida. In addition to coaching, Matt also helped facilitate communications with the college coaches during the recruiting process.
